Smart Unlimited plans are designed for normal travel use during your selected validity period, including maps, messaging, browsing, social media, airport help, and Meet-2Travel. BubuTel uses smart refill protection to keep your connection covered. Extremely abnormal usage, continuous hotspot sharing, automated downloads, or provider/network restrictions may be subject to fair-use controls.
1. What Smart Unlimited means
Smart Unlimited gives you unlimited data for normal travel use during the selected validity period. BubuTel manages your connection in the background using smart refill protection, so you do not need to monitor GB.
2. Normal travel use
Normal travel use includes maps, messaging, browsing, email, social media, airport help, Meet-2Travel, transport apps, hotel apps, and occasional video or calls.
3. Heavy or abnormal usage
Usage may be reviewed if it is far above normal travel patterns, including continuous hotspot sharing, automated large downloads, continuous high-definition streaming, or replacing home/work internet.
4. Hotspot use
Hotspot is allowed for personal travel use. Continuous hotspot sharing or using the plan as a replacement for home or office internet may trigger fair-use review.
5. Provider and network restrictions
Coverage, speed, network availability, and provider restrictions may vary by destination and local partner network.
6. What happens during fair-use review
If your usage appears abnormal, BubuTel may review the connection, contact you, or apply reasonable controls according to the fair-use policy. We will always aim to keep normal travel connectivity working.
