Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of BubuTel's eSIM services ("Service"). BubuTel is operated by I-Mobillity Solutions by Nunes Ribeiro. By creating an account or purchasing an eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms.

BubuTel provides digital eSIM data services for travelers. The Service allows you to:

• Browse and select eSIM data plans for specific destinations
• Create a BubuTel account
• Complete a device compatibility check
• Purchase eSIM plans online
• Receive activation instructions
• Manage active eSIMs and view purchase history

To use BubuTel, you must create an account with your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct destination or region before purchase and activation. eSIM plans are destination-specific unless clearly marked as regional or global plans. Once an eSIM has been activated or used, the destination is locked and cannot normally be changed.

If the wrong destination was selected and the eSIM has not been used, the customer may contact support and BubuTel will review whether a replacement or cancellation is possible according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Regional plans work in the listed covered countries only. Global plans work in the listed global coverage zones.

When you select a plan, you choose:

• Destination country or region
• Data amount (GB)
• Duration (days, up to 90 days maximum)
• Plan type (single-trip or subscription)

Plan availability, pricing, and terms are displayed during selection. Data availability may vary by destination and network conditions.

All prices are shown in your local currency before checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By clicking "Complete Payment," you authorize the transaction. Prices may include taxes where applicable. No refunds are provided for currency conversion differences.

BubuTel requires an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. The onboarding process includes a device compatibility check. If your device is not compatible, you will be notified before payment. Device compatibility is your responsibility to verify.

After purchase, activation instructions are provided in your BubuTel account. Activation timing depends on your device, destination, and network conditions. BubuTel is not responsible for delays caused by device settings, network availability, or carrier restrictions.

BubuTel eSIM services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Actual coverage, speed, and service quality depend on destination networks and may vary. BubuTel does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific data speeds, or coverage in all locations. Service may be suspended for technical issues, legal reasons, or acceptable use violations.

You agree to:

• Use BubuTel services lawfully and ethically
• Comply with local laws in your destination country
• Not abuse networks or engage in fraud
• Not resell or redistribute eSIM services without authorization
• Maintain account security

Refund eligibility depends on order status and activation. Unused plans may be refunded before activation. Refund requests must be submitted via the Support Request form. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

BubuTel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

BubuTel offers Family Bundle accounts that allow one Family Manager to manage eSIMs for multiple family members. Family Bundle usage is subject to additional terms covering manager responsibility, eSIM assignment, usage visibility, provider control limitations, billing, and child-safe mode.
