eSIM Compatibility

Most modern phones support eSIM, but it's important to verify your device before purchasing a BubuTel plan.

Before you purchase:

Your phone must be unlocked and not carrier-locked. Some carriers may prevent eSIM activation even on compatible devices. Check with your carrier before purchase.

How to check if your phone supports eSIM

iOS (iPhone):

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
  3. Look for "Add eSIM" or "Add Cellular Plan"
  4. If you see this option, your phone supports eSIM

Android:

  1. Open Settings
  2. Go to Network & Internet or Connections
  3. Look for "SIM Manager" or "Dual SIM"
  4. If you see an option to add an eSIM, your phone supports it
