You agree to use BubuTel services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your destination country. You must:

  • Comply with all local laws regarding internet and data usage
  • Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
  • Not engage in illegal activities or activities that violate local laws

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Abuse networks: Overload or attempt to disrupt network infrastructure
  • Engage in fraud: Misrepresent identity, create fake accounts, or exploit payment systems
  • Unauthorized resale: Resell, redistribute, or share eSIM services without BubuTel authorization
  • Hacking or security attacks: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BubuTel systems
  • Harmful content: Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harassment: Use services to harass, threaten, or abuse others

4. Network Fair Use

BubuTel services are intended for normal data usage by travelers. Excessive or unusual data consumption may be monitored. Continuous high-speed downloading, streaming, or data usage that impacts network quality may result in service suspension.

5. Service Suspension and Termination

BubuTel reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if you:

  • Violate this Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Abuse network resources
  • Violate local laws in your destination country

Suspension may be immediate and without notice if necessary to protect network integrity or prevent harm.

6. Accountability

You are responsible for all activity under your BubuTel account. If you share your account with others, you are accountable for their actions. Keep your login credentials secure.

7. Legal Compliance

BubuTel complies with law enforcement requests and legal obligations. We may share user information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

8. Changes to Policy

BubuTel may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
